Community Involvement

As a strong proponent of Mental Health within the realm of sports, I took the initiative to establish the inaugural Mental Health & Wellness Platform under the PSA Foundation. This came after I publicly disclosed my decade-long, personal battle with an eating disorder in November 2021.

Ever since that moment, my primary goal has been to champion mental health awareness and eating disorder support within the athlete community. My mission is to break down the stigma surrounding mental health concerns and contribute to creating a healthier and more understanding environment for athletes.

I serve as a member of the Board for the Squash Education Alliance, an overarching organization that oversees numerous urban squash programs across the United States and worldwide. In the past, I dedicated my time as a volunteer for SquashBusters, an urban squash program based in Boston, from 2015 to 2020.
